Refunds/Exchanges:

Returning or exchanging your item is easy. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the original receipt and send the item to us in original condition within 45 days. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

United States Shipping Rates:

Inspiration Peak uses either the US Postal Service or DHL to deliver to most addresses in the United States.  For shipments that are less than one pound we use US Postal Service First Class Mail. For shipments that are between 14 ounces and two pounds we use US Postal Service Priority Mail. For orders over two pounds we use DHL Ground Services.

Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of items shipped. Here are our current shipping rates along with a few examples.

International Shipping:

Our international orders are shipped using International Priority Mail and will usually arrive within 6-10 days assuming there are no customs delays in your country.

Money-Saving-Tip!  If time isn't an issue for you and you don't mind waiting two to three weeks for your order to arrive please indicate your desire for the most affordable shipping method in the comments section of your order and we will try to find a less expensive shipping method. If we are successful, we will be happy to use the lower price shipping method and adjust your total accordingly.

For Canadian Customers:  If you live in Canada and don't mind waiting up to two weeks for delivery we can often find a much cheaper shipping method and will be happy to adjust your total accordingly. In order to take advantage of this, please indicate your desire for most affordable shipping method in the comments section of your order. 

To calculate your international shipping costs, we start with the US shipping costs outlined above and then add an international surcharge of $20. This surcharge will be automatically added to your order during the checkout process.  Please see examples below.

 

The reason we add an international surcharge is because our computer is unable to compute the many different shipping rates for each individual country. Most of the time the the surcharge we add is a very accurate indicator of actual shipping costs. If for any reason the surcharge does not cover the actual cost of shipping to your international destination, we will contact you via email and inform you of the actual shipping charges. You will then be able to continue with, cancel or modify your order.
